38 Weeks

I am now 38 weeks and figured I would share my girlish figure with everyone one last time before my little man enters the world. I am definately large and have dropped. We are ready for Cooper , we just need him to be ready to meet all of us. Think "LABOR!"

Got Snow?

Check out the beautiful christmas lights on our house, thanks to Eric. He does such an awesome job every year they are the best on the block. It really makes it feel like the holidays having snow to go along with the lights.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

I am so excited, I love the snow! Can you believe it, SNOW IN VEGAS and lots of it! It started around noon today and it is now 8:30 and still snowing. Maybe we will have our first SNOW DAY, I hope so since it will cut my last 2 days of work down to 1. I already know that a few private schools have closed but you know public schools will wait til morning. I am doing a snow dance to be sure. On another exciting note at my doctors appointment this week I found out that I am 1 1/2 centimeters dialated and his head is way down and in position. I get checked again on Monday and lets all hope for more progression. I am definately ready since I have been very uncomfortable.

Thanksgiving

I know I am a little late posting but I had to go back to work this week YUCK!! and then I got sick. I am feeling 1oo% better and want to share with everyone what a wonderful Thanksgiving we had. We did Thanksgiving at our house and I cooked with the help of Eric and Sue. Suzy and PJ joined us as well as Eric's Aunt Bette, Uncle Jim and cousin Jennifer which was so nice. It was great that they were in town and able to come over and join us, we get very few visitors especially family so we enjoyed having everyone.

3D/4D Ultrasound

We had the greatest opportunity to take our moms to get the 3D/4D ultrasound done since we really wanted them to be a part of this experience with us. Once the technician finally got Cooper to take both his feet and hands away from his face what an amazing video we got along with about 100 photos. My favorite photo of Cooper has his tiny foot on his nose. Soooo CUTE!!! And boy does he look just like his daddy. I have pictures of Eric as a baby and he is definately his daddy's boy. We are so ready and can't wait to meet him!!

Baby Shower

WOW!!! I can't thank everyone enough. I have waited and waited for this day to come and it was well worth the wait. It was everything I had hoped for. I can't thank Theresa, Sue, and Suzy enough. They went out of their way for us and gave Cooper and I the perfect day. I also want to thank everyone that came, it is all appreciated. Cooper got wonderful gifts that I can't wait to share with him and tell him who gave him what. I am especially thankful that our moms were here. It was a visit that was long overdue. I needed both of them and even though it was a quick weekend, I am so happy they came and shared the special day with us!

A Special Time

I want everyone to know how excited I am. I have been waiting for this time of year to come for what seems like forever. My moms will be arriving this week to share a very special time with us. On Saturday, November 15th is my Baby Shower for Cooper. It is being given by my dearest and oldest friends and I am very thankful. This is something I have always dreamed about and it is now coming to a reality. I am looking forward to having a wonderful weekend. I appreciate all of you so much.

Crazy About Cooper-31 Weeks

The docotors appointment we had today went great! Cooper was sleeping as usual during the ultrasound, he didn't want to be bothered. The docotor was really pleased with everything and Cooper's heartrate is 158 bpm which is right where it should be. He is now weighing in at a WHOPPING 4 pounds 2 ounces!! Dr. Scwartz says that he can gain up to 1/2 a pound each week from now until delivery (8 weeks and counting). WOW!! DADDY IS SO PROUD!!!

New Blogger

I am new to the blogging world but have lots that I want to share with all of you. Time is really going fast now, I am already 31 weeks pregnant and am totally thrilled. I go to the doctors on Wednesday the 5th for a new ultrasound and baby measurments. I can't believe how close we are getting to meeting our little man, we are so excited!!
